Brothers,

I'm honored that you have elected me to serve as your 2008-2009
Chapter Chief. Throughout this year my officers and myself will be
making many improvements to the chapter and starting new traditions.
I am looking forward to all the exciting events we have planned out
for this year including our first ever Callout campout and chapter
banquet.

I would like to remind everyone that your first duty in the order is
to your troop , therefor it is only right that each troop has an
active OA troop Rep. If your troop does not have one then I challenge
you to step up to the task and give your troop what they rightfully
deserve. If your interested in doing this ask your scoutmaster and
when you have his approval contact Nathan Johnstone to update the OA
Troop Rep roster for the chapter and discuss how to do your job to
your best ability.

One of the main goals for the chapter this year is to update and
diversify the Chapter Historical Display. If you have pictures of any
OA weekend from the past few years, or any ideas to make our chapter
display the best in Tipisa Lodge then E-mail them to Chris Childs or
myself.

I will be taking a short vacation to chicago May 31st - June 9 if you
have any issues regarding the chapter during this timeframe please
talk to Alex Deloach Chapter 1st Vice or Drew Partynski Chapter 2nd
Vice. I will have limited internet access and I probably won't answer
my phone too often during the week although you are welcome to leave
a messege.

Estiotee chapter improved greatly over this past year and it will
become the best chapter in Tipisa Lodge with everyone's help. Once
again I look forward to working with all of you and devoting many
hours of brotherhood, cheerfulness, and service with this amazing
chapter.
